As a first-generation Latina-American, I understand how layered it can be to navigate identity, family expectations, and emotional wellbeing—especially when you're holding more than one story. I support adults through life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, motherhood, and rediscovering a sense of self—especially those who seem to have it all together on the outside but feel overwhelmed or disconnected inside. I also specialize in perinatal and maternal mental health, including support around pregnancy, postpartum, fertility, and identity shifts in motherhood.
