Hello, my name is Lorena Diaz and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker with over 25 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults through life’s challenges. My approach is solution-focused and strength-based, centered on honoring each individual’s story while fostering healing, growth, and emotional wellness. I work with clients facing depression, anxiety, ADHD, behavioral concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, grief, trauma, and major life transitions in both English and Spanish. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to move forward. I utilize a variety of orientations including child-centered play therapy, CBT, and various holistic, strength-based, positive, and affirming methods committed to providing the highest quality of care to promote healing and growth.
