If you're feeling depressed, lonely, and need a kind, gentle listener then I might be a good fit for you. I work alongside my clients to explore what's troubling them and seek solutions together. I have helped clients cope with chronic health issues, addictions, grief and loss, motivation, self-esteem, relationship issues, and managing life changes.
