Hello, I'm Lori Alford, LCSW, and I have been practicing as a licensed therapist for over 30 years. I have degrees in psychology and social work plus many years of training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. In my practice, I am dedicated to helping clients manage their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a healthier way while they navigate life's challenges.
