I work with clients on issues of depression and anxiety, feelings of low self-worth and esteem, typically stemming from old traumas. People can see themselves as “defective” from negative primary experiences, and are looking to feel contented and satisfied with themselves, which happens to be an innate truth of our being. It is critical that our experiences are witnessed, and I witness clients from differing socio-economic backgrounds, colors, genders, and sexual preferences to engender recovery.
