I am a Limited Permit Mental Health Counselor practicing under the supervision of Ted Kolsby, LMHC. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from The City College of New York and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Columbia University. I bring lived experience, empathy, and cultural sensitivity to the practice, with a particular focus on supporting adolescents and adults from marginalized communities that are often underrepresented in traditional mental health care.
