I love helping adults develop skills to live their best and most functional lives. I hold a certification in trauma therapy and am trained in EMDR. It is important for clients to understand that change takes work and can be uncomfortable but I seek to come alongside to empathize, educate, support and encourage my clients. I utilize mostly mind/body techniques such as EMDR to assist in the diagnostic and healing process.
