I provide EMDR, IFS & Sex Informed counseling to help you heal trauma & find yourself again. My life's goal as a therapist is to help couples & individuals heal trauma, reconnect to joy & return to love. My work centers on helping you understand patterns that have you stuck, find solutions to get unstuck & step into a life that feels authentic, empowered, & fulfilling.
