I work with individuals, couples, and families confronting a range of challenging circumstances including, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I specialize in understanding complex family dynamics and how these play out over the life cycle. Acutely aware that life can pull the rug out from underneath us though the experince of a traumatic or extraordinary event, I use a trauma informed lens in my work. My lived expereince and theological training have taught me to appreciate the role that faith & spirituality play in healing and when asked, I will bring these tools into our work together.
