For over 20 years I’ve supported adults navigating and caregiving for those who have emotional pain, illness, addiction, burnout, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are self-aware and insightful - they’ve read the books, done the therapy, and still find themselves in the same stress cycles. They notice how their body keeps the score: tension, inflammation, or fatigue that flares when life feels off-balance. They’re driven and capable but feel blocked - like something deeper in their system isn’t syncing with what they know they want to do. I utilize a whole person approach that creates conditions for true healing.
