It isn't always easy to work through life's challenges and find appropriate support. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space for those who want to work toward positive change and personal growth. My style is collaborative, straightforward and goal-oriented. I am an active listener and offer insight into clients' choices, patterns of behavior/thoughts, and persistent struggles. I hope to guide my clients toward greater self-awareness in the therapy room and beyond to their day-to-day lives. I use talk therapy, CBT and coaching in my work with individuals and groups.
