Whether you're facing a difficult life situation, a traumatic event that is causing significant emotional distress or unhelpful or unhealthy patterns that continue to present themselves in your life, I offer a warm, safe, and nurturing environment for personal exploration, emotional healing and finding new ways to manage more effectively. I help adults in all life stages struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, complex trauma and PTSD, life transitions, unresolved grief, and mood & anxiety disorders. I use an Internal Family Systems informed approach, while also drawing from Mindfulness, Compassion, CBT & Dialectical Behavior Therapy, to facilitate healing and change.
