My goal is to provide emotional safety while empowering individuals with knowledge and skills to enhance their quality of life and maximize their true wellness. I have 30 years of experience in assessment, outpatient, educational, emergency and disaster/crisis intervention. I consider the counseling relationship to be a partnership between the therapist and client. Using my guidance and coaching with an individual's personal information, we create a team working together.
