Trauma and substance use often go hand in hand—especially when your nervous system has learned to stay on high alert. You may understand your patterns but still feel stuck, overwhelmed, or driven by reactions you can’t control. I help adults address the underlying trauma that fuels anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and substance use using EMDR and trauma-informed therapy. My goal is to help you feel safer in your body, less reactive, and more able to move forward without relying on survival strategies that no longer serve you.
