Hi! My name is Lori and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor. I have over 20 yrs of experience as a mental health counselor. I have worked in inpatient and outpatient clinics and college counseling centers. My specialty is working with college students and young adults. I am a LGBTQAI ally. Transitions are an amazing time in our life of growth, self reflection and of course, anxiety and depression. I will provide space for you to process and understand your emotions. My speciality is also working with individuals struggling with addiction whether it be to drugs, alcohol, gambling, eating, video gaming etc. I view addiction as behaviors we do to the extreme that are causing us problems. I meet you where you are and explore what you want to be different.
