How did I end up here? Why are things so difficult for my family? How do we move past this? My name is Lori Poston, and I would be honored to work with you to find answers to these questions. Life can be challenging, relationships can be tough, and families may find themselves in turmoil. We find ourselves stuck in unhealthy patterns, repeating generational behaviors that only make things more difficult. Learning better ways to communicate and having healthy boundaries are just a couple of things we can do to improve functioning within families. Identifying and working through unresolved trauma may be part of the journey.
