Hi! My services include telehealth individual counseling for women 18 years and up and clinical supervision, in both Montana and Idaho. We all live with patterns and behaviors that stem from years and years of life experiences, some healthy and some not so healthy. These patterns can affect present day functioning within your personal, professional and relational life. You may have anxiety, the need to control, choose friends or partners that do not serve you, as just a few examples.
