I work from a person-centered/humanistic theoretical lens, operating from a perspective that people can accomplish their goals when they are met with compassion, understanding, and are provided with hands-on tools for emotional processing and coping with life stressors. I graduated in 2020 from Ottawa University, and I have a wide range of experience in various mental health settings, including inpatient/crisis stabilization, outpatient clinics, and residential facilities.
