Hello! I am a seasoned adolescent and adult therapist, and I am here to support you. I believe that the most important part of the therapeutic relationship is being able to feel that it’s safe to be honest and that your therapist is relatable and nonjudgmental. I offer those qualities in my work with teens and adults who are struggling with perfectionism, low self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. I am here to help you, as a parent, and/or your child go through the transition from middle to high school and beyond. I have a special interest in working with teens and adults who are gifted, high achieving or “twice exceptional”
