Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over twenty years of experience dedicated to guiding my adult clients into a life of greater happiness and peace. I was trained in cognitive-behavioral techniques, and use techniques I learn from brain science to address your unique needs and strengths. Most clients who work with me are experiencing problems with anxiety, depression and traumas. I also work with individuals adjusting to major life changes and/or losses. Sessions are available both virtually during the week or in person on Saturdays, as you prefer.
