The treatments I use help people to identify goals closest to their own values. Goals are then easier to achieve because they are already close to who you are and what you hold to be important. I can assist with reshaping challenging thoughts into productive actions and more positive behaviors. I have also have experience working with trauma through Internal Family System informed work. I work in a group practice in Lewiston founded as a diverse holistic group that has evolved into a practice of experienced mental health practictioners.
