As a licensed clinical social worker and coach with certification in Gestalt psychotherapy and the Gestalt model of coaching, my practice is centered around individuals, couples and all types of families. I practice therapy and coaching with a holistic and action-oriented approach that encompasses the realms of body, emotion, mind and spirit. My focus is supporting my clients in promoting self-care and self-awareness in the present as they create their own unique life experience. My combined therapeutic and coaching work is interactive and supportive with the goal of helping clients move toward change and growth.
