I’m especially drawn to working with people who’ve had to hold it all together for others, often at the expense of themselves. If you grew up feeling unseen, like you had to shrink yourself to stay safe or lovable, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to keep doing it that way. In our work together, I’ll meet you with curiosity and compassion. I’m here to help you understand where your patterns come from, reconnect with the parts of yourself that got buried, and figure out what healing actually looks like for you. There’s no pressure to be perfect—just space to be honest, explore what matters, and feel a little more free.
