I provide depth therapy to adults from diverse backgrounds and experiences, helping you work through relational and internal challenges and realign with your deepest self. My specialty is supporting transgender, LGBTQ+ people, and others who struggle with social anxiety, strengthening your ability to create satisfying relationships and experience life with greater confidence and belonging. In a world without adequate role models or community connection, we often feel like we don’t fit in, we’re not enough, or we’re too much. I will work collaboratively with you to understand your challenges and connect to the wisdom within.
