For over a decade, I've immersed myself in the realm of mental health care, where I meet my clients in the place they are in their emotional/psychological struggles. I am passionate about making a lasting positive impact in each and every client's life. To that end, I obtained a bachelor's, a master’s and a doctorate degrees in psychology. My therapeutic approach is as diverse as the stories I encounter, tailored to resonate with each person’s unique journey. During the first session, the client and I will get a moment of introduction, where we'll also begin the process of building a good rapport, which is essential to a positive therapeutic outcome. I provide a safe and judgment-free environment for my clients to freely express themselves in order to unpack what brought them to therapy.
