I am here to help you feel seen, heard and understood through the life-alternating transition of becoming a mother. I support the full spectrum of motherhood and specialize in maternal mental health from prenatal, pregnancy, through the early years of postpartum along with any kind of perinatal loss and fertility issues. My goal to be a gentle guide on your journey of motherhood-whatever it looks like. Motherhood at times can feel deeply challenging and disorienting and I hope to validate and normalize your unique experience to work towards clarity, empowerment and your most authentic self through warm understanding, acknowledgement and validation.
