Psychological trauma and suffering can be overwhelming, often leaving us feeling drained, hopeless, lost, and alone. If you are feeling stuck in your life, have experienced trauma, or find it difficult to bring your best self forward, reach out to me. I will help support and guide you through the pain. I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience in various settings providing quality care to diverse populations. I work within a variety of frameworks including CBT, Focusing Oriented therapy, person-centered/ strength-based lenses, as well as within both a holistic and mindful awareness of wellness. I work with the body to access stuck feelings and address unresolved issues. My expertise is in working with trauma, depression, grief and anxiety.
