I bring both lived experience and professional commitment to the work I do. I struggled with addiction early in life and have been sober since February 10, 2013. Recovery is something I live, not just something I talk about. My approach is honest, practical. I believe real change comes from showing up consistently, doing the work, and having the right support in place. I aim to be steady, direct, and present — part guide, part coach — walking alongside people as they build a healthier, more stable life.
