I work with many young adults (university students and young professionals) and with adults from across the lifespan (18+). I have experience with both mental health needs (mostly life transitions, depression, and anxiety) and with folks wanting to change their relationship with substance use (who are at a point in their recovery process where outpatient therapy can meet their needs).
