The therapeutic space offers a unique opportunity to unpack difficult experiences, relationships, behavior patterns, thoughts and feelings, in the presence of another. My aim is to partner with clients in facing difficulties within the matrix of a safe, non-judgmental and empathic therapeutic relationship, opening up the possibility for growth and change. My clients come from diverse backgrounds, experiences and life stages, and face varied issues like career stagnation, relationship and family issues, grief and loss, and identity shifts related to life transitions such as marriage, divorce or parenthood.
