I specialize in work with children and families. The relationships we have with our caregivers shapes who we become in the future. The period of early childhood into adolescence are very difficult years for many children, especially after adjustments after COVID. I have worked with many teens struggling with mental illnesses like Major Depressive Disorder and Generalized Anxiety or Social Anxiety related to the pandemic and its after effects. I also work with adults who have experienced trauma, difficult life transitions, and stress.
