Big life transitions—even those you choose—can stir up uncertainty, grief, or self-doubt. For neurodivergent individuals, these shifts may feel especially disorienting, as the world often isn't built with your rhythm in mind. Depression can creep in quietly, making everything feel heavier and more out of reach. I support adults navigating change, identity, and emotional overwhelm with curiosity, compassion, and clarity. I hold a PhD in English Literature from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MA in Counseling and Psychology from Santa Clara University, where I found my path to this deeply meaningful work.
