I help individuals and families navigate anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, behavioral concerns, life transitions, and family stress with compassion and support. Whether a child is having difficulty managing big emotions, a teen feels withdrawn or easily frustrated, or an adult is coping with stress, health challenges, or major life changes, I provide a supportive and safe space to help clients feel more grounded and confident.
