Are you looking for welcoming and accessible virtual counseling? Through telehealth counseling, I strive to build a strong therapeutic relationship, to help individuals work through any life challenges, and toward unique, individual mental health goals. I work with adolescents, young adults, and the LGBTQ+ community. Common focus areas include trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, emotional regulation and awareness, and life adjustments. I utilize therapeutic approaches best suited for each individual, including cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered theory, dialectical behavioral therapy, and positive psychology.
