Hello, my name is Lucila Martinez. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California. I work with individual's statewide via telehealth. I am also bilingual. I have over 10 years of experience. I work with children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in anxiety, relationship issues, depression, life transitions, low self-esteem, and stress. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Expressive Arts, Play Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help individual's make progress and improve their well-being. What you can expect from our first session together is for us to spend the majority of our time talking about how you have been feeling recently, and me asking questions to better understand why you may be feeling that way. The first session is about us building an initial connection and helping me get a sense of where we should go from there.
