Currently accepting new clients online. I enjoy bringing adaptability, flexibility, and curiosity to therapy sessions, as well as providing a safe, nurturing, and collaborative space for the development of tools to use for a lifetime. I use an integrative approach to therapy, borrowing from a diverse range of interventions and methods to provide a personalized experience for each client based on their needs, styles, and goals. Knowing, accepting, and nurturing ourselves can only be of benefit to finding the stability in the shifts and changes that life brings, as well as managing our mental health and strengthening relationships.
