Availability for New In-Person Clients. You are the expert on your experience. My job is to walk beside you when it feels too hard to bear alone. I am passionate about helping people in transition, this includes adults dealing with family, loss, and job changes; older adults navigating their next stage of life; and adolescents because at that age every morning is a new transition. I treat a range of diagnoses, but have a special place in my heart for anxiety disorders. I use a mix of therapeutic styles, but always begin with a foundation of respect for my clients. After working in our community for over a decade, I co-founded Connections in Counseling Inc in 2021. The mission of the practice is to connect directly with clients and remove barriers to care.
