I find deep satisfaction and meaning working with women in middle age as they navigate life transitions and providing guidance as they struggle with loss associated with them. I seek to help clients experiencing grief, loss, relationship difficulties, and the many emotions associated with the empty nest. With clients, I strive to provide a comfortable environment conducive to the exploration of thoughts, as well as emotional and behavior patterns, with the goal of increasing self-awareness, reflection, insight, and growth.
