I believe everyone has a core self that contains the innate wisdom to heal, grow, and to feel liberated through self compassion. I also believe this part of ourselves gets blocked - physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually - and silenced through various wounds like trauma, belief systems, and the negative messages we receive from others and society. I work especially well with highly sensitive individuals (such as HSPs) and those who are open to mindful and somatic/body awareness therapy techniques to help explore and work with the roots of distress.
