Hi there! I create a warm, comforting space where you feel safe and supported to heal in a way that honors all that you are and all that you’ve been through. Sometimes we know change is needed, but aren’t sure where to start. Together, we focus on strengthening your clarity, confidence, and connection to your authentic self, while building practical tools to navigate life with greater ease and intention. Our work is collaborative and compassionate, helping you move forward with balance and clarity. I see you as the expert on your own life, and it is an honor to walk beside you on this journey. I’m trained in Brainspotting (BSP) and am a Level II Reiki practitioner. I integrate holistic healing with evidence-based methods like Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and Person-Centered Therapy. I value the mind-body connection and enjoy helping people find whole-person wellness—mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual.
