I’m passionate about helping adolescents, adults, and couples heal their hearts. Although there’s differences, I strongly believe that we’re all driven by an innate need to fill a true sense of worth, value, and identity. I’ve found more times than not that past hurts and traumas, negative talk, lies, criticalness, and rejection especially in the early years tend to not only fracture our sense-of-self but propel us to continue to experience even more hurt, pain, failed relationships, loneliness, and unfulfillment.
