I have worked as an LPC for 19 years in a school setting and in private practice. I work with pre-teens, teens, parents, adults, and families and I am LGBTQIA+ affirming. I am committed to helping those who are struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, self-harm, lack of motivation, life transitions, and other related challenges. I love to help clients find the best way to meet their own personal goals in a way that works best for them as an individual. I have experience working with several diagnoses including General and Social Anxiety, ADHD, OCD, Depression, and Autism (primarily level 1).
