I am very eclectic in my interests and love working with clients with a range of challenges; from more typical presentations of depression and anxiety to major life transitions, trauma, grief, and dual diagnoses. I provide primarily adult individual and couples therapies but also work with select families and some teens. My primary focus is always on my relationship with clients, and I believe in a client-centered and interpersonal approach to navigating concerns. Particular areas of interest include grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, difficulties with life transitions (aging, emerging adulthood, career, academic, etc), personality disorders, severe mental illness, and dual diagnoses.
