How we make sense of them and give experiences meaning is crucial in moving from feeling stuck towards being fully authentic and present in life. Together, we can work through barriers and move towards a place of self-compassion. As a counselor, I work to create a safe, nurturing, and non-judgmental environment where people can share their experiences, address the process of exploration and healing, and define their own values and goals.
