In my work with clients, I work with those who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma responses, difficult relationships, families with children with autism and those that have difficult relationships with themselves (body image, intrusive thoughts, or emotions). I aim to meet the needs of my clients by being a therapist that listens without judgment, allowing clients to fully explore their worlds with a trained therapist, using realistic and practice tools for coping and regulating emotions.
