Greetings! I specialize in Trauma-Informed Care for, First Responders, Veterans, and Healthcare Workers. I also provide Clinical Supervision for LICSW and LPC eligible providers. I define courage as, "being afraid, but moving forward, anyway." I've learned that some of the most courageous people I've known are those who seek therapy. It's not easy to share one's fears and insecurities with a stranger.
