As a queer, neurodivergent military spouse raised in the American South, I understand what it means to navigate life within complex systems—cultural, religious, institutional, and relational. My own experiences with identity, deconstruction, and healing, deeply inform how I show up as a therapist: with warmth, curiosity, and a fierce commitment to creating inclusive, affirming space. I support individuals, couples, and families (ages 15 and up) as they navigate anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, ADHD, burnout, and life transitions. I work with folks exploring identity, deconstructing ideologies, processing systemic or socio-political stressors, and learning how to show up authentically in relationships—with others and with themselves.
