Recognizing the things we have control over and what your choices are. Building a positive self image and accepting your whole self, flaws and all. Setting and maintaining healthy boundaries, being aware of where you end and others begin. It is within all of us to create the life we are meant to live even when things get really hard. I work to teach you skills to make life better with empathy, warmth, and compassion. I am not the expert of your life, you are.
