My name is Lupita Pearl Colbert. However, I go by my middle name, "Pearl." I attended California State University, Dominguez Hills, graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in psychology. I then pursued a Master's Degree with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. While I was attending graduate school, I took a position with a company providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), working as a behavioral therapist with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). It was here that I found my passion for working with children and families.
