I have been a therapist for over 23 years. I accept clients from Headway and Alma. I recognized it is difficult to have an outsider involved in your issues but there is a time when we are unable to move forward on our own and that is time to seek treatment. My experience are with both children and adults. My goal as a therapist is to help the child or adult through their crisis while teaching coping skills to manage similar issues in the future. The approaches I used in treatment are cognitive behavioral, insight oriented and family systems. I have experience with separation and loss, trauma issues, PTSD, Depression and anxiety.
